    • Where can I find the list of ingredients and allergens?
      Ingredients are listed on every Product Page and also on the Packaging.

    • Are your teas gluten-free?
      Although most of our teas do not contain gluten, they are not produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities. Please check the ingredient and allergen list carefully.

    • Do your teas contain any sugar?
      There is no added sugar in any Sélicious Teas, nor any artificial sweeteners.

    • Does tea expire?
      For the most part, tea  is best consumed within 2 years after opening, however the quality of the tea can decline over time due to several factors like exposure to sunlight or damp storage conditions. To keep your tea tip-top, keep your Sélicious Teas resealable bags in cool, dry locations.

    • How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?
      The average cup of caffeinated tea contains 37mg of caffeine. However, keep in mind that the actual caffeine content can vary quite a bit based on factors such as water temperature and brewing time.

      Sélicious Teas has a selection of both caffeinated and non-caffeinated teas.

    • How long do I need to steep my tea for?
      For steeping instructions, visit our Sip Tips Section. As instructions go, it’s all pretty easy.

    • How do I make the perfect cup of tea?
      For steeping instructions, visit our Sip Tips Section. Everything doesn’t have to be “perfect” you know; stop putting all that pressure on yourself.

      We do not currently offer returns.

    • Can I exchange an order?
      We will gladly replace damaged or defective items within 30 days with the original receipt. We do not currently offer returns.

    • I can't log in to my seliciousteas.com account! What should I do?
      Go to www.seliciousteas.com and click on the “My Account” icon in the top right corner. Select the “Forgot Password” field right under the email address field. Please follow the steps in the password reset email to reset your password.

    • Can I purchase on the Canadian site and ship to the US?
      At the moment we only ship within Canada. Join our mailing list if we begin to offer US shipments.

    • How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
      If you receive a refund back to your credit card, debit card, PayPal, you should see the refund within 10 business days of it being processed. Please note that this may take longer depending on your financial institution. Please note that if the original payment method you used is no longer valid, we cannot process a refund to a different method of payment.

    • How is tax calculated on my online order?
      There’s no escaping taxes, friends. The tax rate applied to your order will be the tax rate associated with the address you are shipping to. For example, if you live in a province that charges a total tax of 15% but are having the order shipped to a provinces that charges a total tax of 13%, you will be taxed 13% on the taxable items in your order. Please note that we do not charge tax on any loose leaf tea. All other products are subject to tax, and in some provinces, sales tax is applicable on shipping and handling charges.

    The accepted payment methods for our e-gift cards are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Please note that other gift cards, or Happy cards are not valid forms of payment.
